RES GESTAE, ADMISSION AND CONFESISON AS RELEVANT FACTS
This course attempts at explaining some important topics of Indian Evidence Act, 1872. Indian Evidence Act is a crucial law subject which is present in day to day court proceedings. From the inception of the subject matter of the case to its conclusion, it is the evidence which is the deciding factor in any case. Therefore, a strong hold and a thorough understanding of law of evidence is of prime importance for lawyers as well as judges. Keeping this in mind, we have done our best to explain some topics of Indian Evidence Act, specifically from Section 1-30 of the Act.
The entire course is divided into 4 lessons, with each lesson containing dedicated material for different topics.
